Vietnamese American Conservative Alliance (VACA) proudly endorses Retired Navy Captain Hung Cao to represent Virginia House District 10 in the US Congress.
Born in Vietnam and raised in Northern Virginia, his story of living the “American Dream” is very near and dear to us. Hung Cao served the country with honor and distinction in the US Navy and is now a war veteran. We would like to see his excellent service continue at the next assignment as a US Congressman.
Hung Cao epitomizes the best combination of Vietnamese and American traditional values with his devotion to protect Freedom, Family and Faith.
We believe that his conservative approach will help resolve many problems plaguing the USA today such as high inflation, out of control energy costs, high crime rates, a porous border, and the threat of an expanding war in Europe.
