Below are some photos of the Rally Against Affirmative Action in front of the U.S. Supreme Court on Sunday, October 30th, 2022 with around 500 attendees. Many of them traveled from various states such as CA, FL, NY, TX, NJ, NC, SC, NV, AL, UT, PA, MD, VA and several other states to join the historic rally in support of Students For Fair Admission’s lawsuits against Harvard University and University of North Carolina.

The Rally was hosted by a coalition of Asian-American activists including the Asian-American Coalition for Education (AACE) (www.asianamericanforeducation.org), community leaders, students, and supporters of the cause.
On Monday morning, October 31st, 2022, lawyers from Students For Fair Admissions (SFFA) (www.studentsforfairadmissions.org) stepped through the doors of the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington D.C. to present the case against the racial discrimination that Asian-American students have faced for years at Harvard University and other higher education institutions across the country.
