Oath Keepers Stewart Rhodes bị 18 năm tù dù không vào Điện Capitol Jan 6th, 2021, Báo Động TT Trump đừng ra tòa vì ra tòa sẽ bị xử có tội và vào tù
Theo tin mới nhất Breaking News của báo The Hill (bài viết của Jared Gans) ngày July 5th, 2023, một lãnh tụ của nhóm Oath Keepers (ủng hộ MAGA và TT Donald Trump) là Steward Rhodes, dù anh không vào Điện Capitol ngày Jan 06th, 2021 nhưng vẫn bị tòa án (thiên tả) buộc tội oan khiên là điều khiển các người trong nhóm cánh hữu tràn vào Capitol ngày Jan 06th, 2021, và anh bị án nặng nhất trong các người bị bắt lên đến 18 năm tù.
*Cuộc phỏng vấn anh Steward Rhodes được thực hiện tại Trung Tâm Cải HuấnDepartment of Corrections Central Detention Facility tại Washington D.C nơi đang giam giữ anh.
-Anh báo động TT Trump không nên ra tòa như anh đã ra năm ngoái và đối diện với bồi thẩm đoàn và bị kết tội ngay dù anh nói không có tội và anh là tù nhân chính trị nhưng quan tòa liên bang Amit Mehta phán rằng anh là mối đe dọa tiếp tục và nguy hiểm cho đất nước (ongoing threat and peril” to the country) và cho anh bản án nặng nhất 18 năm (y như tòa án nhân dân của cộng sản).
-Theo anh Stewart, nếu TT Trump ra tòa liên bang, họ sẽ áp lực những người chung quanh TT Trump, làm họ bị mất tinh thần sẽ nhận điều đình để nói dối hại ông Trump, để được giảm án “So everyone’s been demoralized and more likely to take a plea deal and agree to ‘test-a-lie’ against President Trump.”
Gần đây công tố viên đặc biệt Jack Smith đã làm việc với một số nhân vật nổi bật như LS Rudy Giuliani, cựu LS của TT Trump, nên TT Trump phải thận trọng.
*Được biết vợ của tay Jack Smith này thù ghét ông Trump và tâng bốc bà Michelle Obama lên tận mây xanh trong cuốn sách, nên Jack Smith không tránh được thiên kiến khi phân xử ông Trump- và như vậy tư pháp Mỹ sẽ không còn tính công bằng và độc lập nữa.
*Theo The Epoch Times: Đạo Luật Presidential Records Act cho phép TT được quyền đem tài liệu về nhà, nếu có gì sai sót có thể đem trả về Văn Khố Quốc Gia và chỉ bị xử về Dân Luật (Civil Law) mà thôi, nhưng tay Jack Smith này đem cả luật về Gián Điệp (Espionage Act) ra để buộc tội TT Trump. Cũng giống như tay Biện Lý Alvin Braggs đem cả luật tiểu bang trộn với liên bang để có thể xử TT Trump được về vụ cô đào Stormy Daniels. Các nhà luật pháp Cộng Hòa đã nói Bộ Tư Pháp Mỹ giờ đang dùng luật làm vũ khí trấn áp đối lập.

Oath Keepers leader warns Trump against trial: ‘You’re going to be found guilty’
Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes warned former President Trump that he will be found guilty if he goes to trial in federal court, calling on his own experience facing a jury last year.
Rhodes alleged in a jailhouse interview with the Washington Times that the federal government is working to turn Trump’s close allies against him and try to scare possible witnesses who could defend the former president.
The interview took place in the Washington, D.C., Department of Corrections Central Detention Facility, where Rhodes is serving his 18-year sentence for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol insurrection.
He was found guilty of seditious conspiracy last year for directing other members of his far-right group while they stormed the Capitol.
Rhodes said federal prosecutors will “do the same thing” to Trump that they did to him. “You’re going to get railroaded. You’re going to be found guilty if you try to go to trial,” Rhodes said. “So everyone’s been demoralized and more likely to take a plea deal and agree to ‘test-a-lie’ against President Trump.” Rhodes was defiant at his sentencing and called himself a political prisoner. The federal judge for the case, Amit Mehta, told him in response that he is not a political prisoner but an “ongoing threat and peril” to the country. He received the longest sentence of any Jan. 6 defendant.
Rhodes told the Times that he was convicted from his words, and Trump will be too.
Trump has not been charged with any crime in relation to the insurrection or broader attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, but special counsel Jack Smith has recently questioned several high-profile individuals involved in the day’s events, including Rudy Guilani, Trump’s former attorney.
The former president has been charged with 37 counts over his possession of classified and sensitive documents at his Mar-a-Lago property in Palm Beach, Fla. The charges include 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information in violation of the Espionage Act.
