I have confirmed three sources that the public can watch the Inauguration ceremony in National Mall. My friend, a long-time resident of Virginia, told me about a big screen to watch near the Washington Monument. My interest is to watch the inaugural parade on Pennsylvania Ave starting at 3PM
- The general public will watch the inauguration on screens at the National Mall. Viewing from the Capitol grounds is not possible. A limited number of free tickets for Capitol grounds access are available, but A-1 Tours does not provide these.
- From another source: If you are unable to acquire tickets, you can still view the ceremony on large video screens on the National Mall, along with thousands of other spectators.
