Luật sư Tony Phạm từng là quyền giám đốc
Sở Di Trú ( ICE) của TT Trump năm 2020 ,
Chức vụ mà Luật sư Tony Phạm đảm nhận

Việt tỵ nạn CS , luật sư Tony Pham là người

Ông đã có hơn 20 năm làm luật sư từng phục
vụ trong các chức vụ quan trong về luật tại
thủ phủ Virginia và từng làm giám đốc nhà
tù tại Virginia.
Luật sư Tony Phạm sinh năm 1972 , cha ông
là cựu Trung Tá Công Binh VIỆT NAM CỘNG
HÒA . Gia đình ông rời Việt Nam khi Sài Gòn
thất thủ .
Cũng như bao nhiêu Hậu Duệ VIỆT NAM CỘNG
HÒA, luật sư Tony Phạm luôn tự hào mình là
con cháu VNCH và luôn tôn vinh lá cờ Vàng

Trong một đoạn phỏng vấn ông nói :
“ Khi chúng tôi đến quốc gia này để tìm kiếm
hy vọng và cơ hội với tư cách là một người
tỵ nạn cộng sản , tôi đã ký một giấy nợ với
quốc gia Hoa Kỳ.
Tôi nợ và phải trả nợ cho sự tự do và những
cơ hội của tôi. Tôi làm như thế bằng cách
cam kết với Cộng đồng của mình trong tư
cách cũa một người công dân có đạo đức ,
truyền đạt những kinh nghiệm và cơ hội của
mình để phục vụ tha nhân “

During the swearing-in ceremony for President Trump’s cabinet on 1/20/25. Attorney Tony
Pham will hold the position of Assistant Secretary for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security
(U.S. Dept of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for Border Security & Immigration enforcement). Attorney Tony Pham was the
acting director of the Immigration Service (ICE)
for President Trump in 2020.
The position that Attorney Tony Pham holds is
one of the important responsibilities when the government under President Trump has many changes in "Border. Security and immigration". More specifically, President Trump chose a Vietnamese refugee from communism, attorney Tony Pham is the first Vietnamese American and Asian to hold this position. He has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer, serving in important legal positions in the capital of Virginia and as director of prisons in Virginia.
Attorney Tony Pham was born in 1972, his father was a former Lieutenant Colonel of the Republic
of Vietnam Army. His family left Vietnam when Saigon fell. Like many descendants of the Republic of Vietnam, attorney Tony Pham is always proud
to be a descendant of the Republic of Vietnam and always honors the Yellow Flag with Three Red Stripes.
In an interview he said:
“When we came to this country to seek hope and opportunity as a communist refugee, I signed a promissory note to the United States. I owe and must repay my debt for my freedom and opportunities. I do so by committing to my Community as a moral citizen, sharing my experiences and opportunities to serve others.”
