Considered one of Tampa’s biggest celebrations of the year, the festival brings together top chefs from around the globe to Ybor City—the legendary birthplace of the Cuban sandwich—for a day packed with fun, food, and fierce competition.

In past years, vendors from cities like Los Angeles, Atlanta, France, and even South Korea have traveled to compete for the coveted title of “Best Cuban Sandwich.” Ready for a taste of history?
