seeking compensation of $US 10 billion. The legal action was filed in
California Supreme Court. The plaintiff Elon Musk accuses Bill Gates
of making statements to the people, media, and investors with false
information spreading that Elon Musk had engaged in sexual misconduct.
It is the manner of the leftists, and Democrats smear the opponents
with the false accusation. A smear is a form of public denouncement
applied to democratic countries including the United States, and Elon
Musk becomes the victim of a smear.
According to revelation of Mark Geragos, the attorney of Elon Musk
believes the case will win with the blatant evidence released to the
public, he said” Bill Gates has made false and defamatory statements
about Elon Musk in an attempt to damage his reputation and business

Bill Gates has not responded yet, therefore he must hire lawyers to
