To share and preserve our Vietnamese culture, we have organized this annual event with the support of the Board of Commission Council of Hillsborough County, Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation Centers, Hillsborough County Public School, Hillsborough County DAC, City of Tampa’s MAAPI, Vietnam Veterans Chapter 787 and 522, Wounded Warriors Foundation, AAPI MacDill AFB, Carrollwood Park Conservancy, and Jr. ROTC of Gaither and Sickles High School.
It is the third year we have this festival at the Carrollwood Village Park.
It’s Free admission and free meals (limited amount, and it’s "first comes’ first served" basis.)
Please come with your family to taste our authentic food (provided by Cafe Thuy with reasonable prices), enjoy our traditional dances and music and Taekwondo performances by our Vietnamese American Youth, and let our children learn to use empty bottles of water and color papers to make lanterns and protect the environment, meet new friends, try the traditional Vietnamese dresses for women, men, and children, and build a strong family bond and diverse community.
